• Stakeholder analysis techniques from the perspectives of change management, leadership, innovation, and benefits realisation
• The purpose and content of a stakeholder engagement strategy
• How to plan and execute effective engagements with stakeholders
• Providing for a feedback and review cycle to adjust and improve influence.
