Designed for managers and coordinators involved in projects, including those who are relatively new to project management.

This course will provide you with a very practical understanding of the PRINCE2® project management method. It focuses on the PRINCE2 framework and how this might begin to be applied pragmatically to real projects.

There are no examinations included in this course. This allows you to obtain the maximum benefits in a practical way without having to prepare for and sit an exam.

This course is popular as an in-house option for project teams.
